FAQs

Question:
Are you authorized Apple Service Center? Or are you a certified Apple Technician?
Answer:

No, and yes. We are NOT authorized. Because if we are, then we won't be able to fix the device by replacing a specific component of that is faulty.  Their policy offers a flat rate repair cost which is NOT a true way of repairing. In the end, they'll give you a replacement device that would cause all your memory data missing.
The price they offer is not worth to some old device, you can already buy a new one which is their main interest, profitable and time-saving.

I prefer to stay out. Be a true repairer.

Question:

Why I find you guys some repair are expensive to compare another third-party repair shop?
Answer:

Yes, we know. But you have to understand a few points.
    • Original parts with 3,6 or 12 months warranty. (Ya, the same line that every dealer said)
    • Refundable if same problem return or unable to solve
    • Instant repair time with our trained technician without taking your device into another place.
    • We are a shop in the shopping mall. We pay rent with a contract. So must open every day to avoid penalty and won't run away. Not those meet up in McD to repair and no answer your call when you have complained.
    • Professional engineer level (Unlike the other that you saw on outside, most customer won't believe how many machines, tools, and training we spent. Once you walk-in our shop, you will see a lot of impressive repairing tools) Actually, you are hiring a pro to do the job.
    • We can repair what Apple Center couldn't. Especially motherboard repair.

      Question:
You guys are not Apple Store or Apple Service Center, why should I send to you?
      Answer:

First of all, There are NO authorized Apple repair centers. There are authorized Apple REPLACEMENT centers.
Apple doesn't do the repair. They are trained to read the script and tell you motherboard problem which can only take replacement of the whole device. Won't bother to help you repair one or two minor parts.

By replacing the whole device, so then they can earn more and are safely cover it 3 months warranty without worrying other issues appear or face some workmanship damaged in the progress of repairing.

So THEY DON'T CARE if it's just small problem to fix.
They don't accept to warranty or battery replacement if your device little has a dent or small cosmetic damaged.

What if your iPhone is damaged by water and unable to turn on to backup memory data?
If you send to them, I'm sure they are unable to back up. They will tell you it's impossible.

If you send to us, we can either choose to fully repair it or just repair a few chipset ic that is enough to turn it on for DATA RECOVERY or BACKUP.
A lot of options we can provide for you because you are directly talking to an Advanced Technician instead of "script reader" in their service center.

Our repair procedure is "transparent". You can know what steps we going to do or tell you.

If you send into Apple Center. They will just waste time by sending it to a few places until reached final HQ to open your iPhone. Then they try those "Plug and Play parts" such as LCD, battery. If it's still can't power on, then nothing they can do since they just know screwdrivers job. Repair logic board, ic chipsets are not possible for them... Their only way to repair is to request a "new" same model to replace it. But your Memory Data will be lost for forever. And the device that replaced for you isn't completely new actually.

It's a refurbished. Mean those are damaged iPhone that already repaired (plug n play parts) and put into new housing. Shortly you might find some random problem on it because those iPhone were damaged severely before refurbish and having circuit board issue that not occurs yet.

Apple uses water damaged boards in Apple Refurbished Device.

Our workstation desk. We can do motherboard repairing. The very first in Malaysia.

      Question:
How do I know your parts are original? How you get it? I have been told Apple doesn't outsource the parts.
      Answer:

Original can be known in many ways. Quality can tell it. If battery we can use an app or specialist tool to read it's condition and quality.

Apple is smart. Every part comes from different manufacture. In the end, it assembled in China. Most factories are also in China.
China people are smart, they do know how to smuggle out the part and leak into the market. One of the methods is factory QA worker rejecting those parts which are nothing wrong on it. Swap those out before sending into the disposing department.

The second way is to obtain Apple ACMT and ACIT repair certification. Then you can order plug and play parts from them.

We are in a part of a massive community of iPhone Repair. That's why we can be resourceful.

      Question:
How good are you? I have been sent my iPhone few places, and they told me it can't be repaired.
      Answer:

Our shop is not alone. We got giant support from China iPhone Community. Many famous academies joined together as a support team. Their experience and knowledge are the best. Even Western countries go to their place to learn. China iPhone market is enormous, the population is the reason why. They are always the first to encounter the weird problem of iPhone and managed to solved before other countries do)

There are even more problems that Apple couldn't solve (most issues are designed flaw). We already created a method and tools to fix it before they notice.

      Now our community became international.

In Malaysia, they hired me as a teacher to teach foreigner repair iPhone logic board.

So I tell you it's the Resourceful and PRO make me unique and special.
